2. Scope and Definitions

Personal Data: information related to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Processing: any operation performed on Personal Data (collection, use, access, transmission, storage, deletion, etc.).

This policy applies to users, administrators, and other authorized profiles who use the Look My Screen system.

• Payments are accepted exclusively in cryptocurrencies supported by our payment processor.
• All payments are final and non-refundable. For testing, use our free tier or sandbox when available.
• Customers are responsible for using the correct network and address and covering network fees. Transactions sent on the wrong network or to an incorrect address cannot be recovered by us.
• Supported assets/networks, confirmation thresholds, prices, and wallet addresses may change without notice.

8. Information Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction. No system is 100% secure, and users should adopt strong credentials, multi-factor authentication (when available), and security best practices.

9. Retention and Deletion

We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above and to meet legal/regulatory obligations. After that, data is deleted or anonymized, unless retention is otherwise permitted or required.
